Beauty fruits A-E


We're always wondering what kind of organic products we can use to make our skin radiant again, well why use all those chemical products when you can just eat your daily serving of fruits=D.  MOST RESEARCHERS SAY IN ORDER TO GET THE FULL BEAUTY BENEFITS OF THESE FRUITS, WE SHOULD EAT AND DIGEST THEM, BUT IT IS UP TO YOU WHETHER YOU EAT THEM OR USE THEM AS FACIAL MASKS.

Things highlighted in RED are what I find important, though everything else is too. This post will be divided into 5 posts A-Z.

Acai Berry: rich in antioxidants, reverses aging process, improves vision, gives clear and healthy skin, fights free radicals, and detoxifies toxins in skin, prevents wrinkle formations and repairs existing ones, reduces inflammation
